At Totus Tuus Co, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at totustuusco@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
